Bacon Wrangler Double Returns for a Second Summer
The Bacon Wrangler Double is back after a successful run last summer. The burger stacks two fresh, 100% beef patties with American and Monterey Jack cheeses, bacon, crispy onion strings, pickles and smoky chipotle aioli on toasted buns. Guests who want a lighter option can order it in a Jr. size, which still includes two beef patties. The Bacon Wrangler Double starts at $9.99, with prices varying by location.
Bacon Wrangler Chicken Is New for 2026
For the first time, the Bacon Wrangler flavor combination is available on chicken. Guests can choose from a classic Whatachick’n, Spicy Chicken or Grilled Chicken filet, each topped with Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, crispy onion strings, pickles and smoky chipotle aioli. The Bacon Wrangler Chicken starts at $7.99, with prices varying by location.
When and Where to Order
Both items are available starting Aug. 18, 2026, at participating Whataburger locations for a limited time. Guests can order through the drive-thru, online or via the Whataburger App. New app users who create an account receive a free Whataburger and begin earning points toward menu items.
