Lilly is believed to be with her non- custodial mother, Kasey Hill. Kasey is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office for Aggravated Kidnapping, Child Endangerment, and Felony Evading. Lilly and Kasey are believed to be traveling in a blue 2017 Kia Sportage with TN TAG 384BQVJ.
