Jerry Randall ‘Randy’ Mitchell, age 60, of Goodlettsville, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2025.
In accordance to his wishes Mr. Mitchell’s remains will be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
Mr. Mitchell was born September 15, 1964 in Nashville to the late Mr. Ralph Mitchell and Mrs. Martha Spivey Mitchell.
He worked as an Estimator and was a member of the Greenridge Church of Christ. Before attending Greenridge he was a member of Northside Church of Christ for over 24 years.
He loved horses and owned and cared for several during his lifetime. He loved his family very much.
He married the love of his life and best friend over 31 years ago, and his son, Jake, meant the world to him.
In addition to his father, Mr. Mitchell is preceded in death by several aunts and uncles that he loved very much.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Bess Wibking Mitchell; his son and daughter-in-law, Jake and Mollie Mitchell; brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Daphney Mitchell and Tony and Alisa Mitchell; and grandson, Liam Sullivan.
Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Springfield is in charge of these arrangements.
