Stephenie Leanne Sedar Lassiter, age 65, of Greenbrier, passed from this life on Saturday November 2, 2024, at her home.
Stephenie was born September 11, 1959, in Frackville, PA to the late Johnny and Hettie Biggs Sedar.
She was a graduate of Springfield High School Class of 1977, was a retired order technician for grocery distribution, and was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in Springfield. Stephenie loved gardening and flowers, and she had perfect attendance throughout all 12 years of her education.
Stephenie is survived by her husband of 44 years: Larry Lassiter of Greenbrier, and by her cousins: Bob Adcox and wife Brenda of Springfield, Mike Biggs, Nancy Sneed, Shelly Ford, and Jeff Adcox all of Springfield, and Meleah Carter and husband Lee of Smyrna.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday November 7th at 1:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Bob Adcox officiating. Interment will follow in the Lassiter Cemetery in Greenbrier. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. https://www.robertsoncountyfuneralhome.com
